This policy explains how you can request deletion of personal data submitted through Program Insider website forms and related service flows.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

Subject to legal and operational requirements, we can delete:

• Enquiry form records
• Lead/support records associated with your contact details
• Communication metadata linked to your enquiry journey

3. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, taxation, contractual obligations, audit trails, or compliance with applicable law.

4. How to Request Deletion

Send a request to support@programinsider.in with subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address used on our website
• Your phone number used on our website (if any)
• Optional references such as enquiry date, transaction ID, or program name

5. Verification

To protect user privacy, we may ask for reasonable verification before processing deletion.

6. Processing Timeline

We target acknowledgment within 7 business days and completion within 30 business days after verification, unless legal or technical constraints require additional time.

7. Third-Party Systems

Where your data was shared with processors or service partners for service delivery (for example lead-management systems, communication tools, payment systems, or event registration platforms), we will initiate deletion requests with those providers as applicable.

8. Confirmation of Deletion

Once completed, we will confirm the deletion outcome. If some records must be retained, we will explain the reason.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
