"Guaranteed" does not mean:

• A guaranteed timeline
• A guaranteed employer, institution, or residency/fellowship position
• Guaranteed success without student effort

The guarantee applies regardless of the time taken, provided the student:

• Remains eligible
• Actively participates
• Meets all program obligations

9. Duration of Guarantee - in Guaranteed MATCH PLAN

The "guarantee" remains valid for an indefinite period until a match is achieved, subject to ongoing compliance with the Terms & Conditions.

10. Definition of "Unlimited" Services

The term "Unlimited" refers to continued access to training, guidance, and support services provided by the program.

"Unlimited" does not mean unrestricted, on-demand, or 24/7 access, nor does it imply infinite resources or immediate availability.

All services are subject to:

• Program schedules
• Trainer/mentor availability
• Reasonable usage limits
• Academic calendars and operational capacity

Services may be delivered through:

• Live sessions
• Recorded materials
• One-to-one or group interactions

Continued access is conditional upon the student's active participation, responsiveness, and compliance with program requirements.

The company reserves the right to:

• Modify formats, delivery methods, or schedules
• Limit excessive, abusive, or non-productive usage

11. Availability & Acceptability Clause

Services are provided subject to availability and acceptability, which includes:

• Reasonable trainer capacity
• Academic or professional eligibility standards
• Behavioral and ethical compliance

The company reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of:

• Misconduct
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Abuse of services

12. No Misrepresentation or False Promise

Nothing in the program shall be construed as:

• A promise of immediate success
• An assurance of income, salary, or specific outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors, including:

• Market conditions
• Student performance
• Employer or institution criteria

13. Modification & Continuity of Services

The company reserves the right to:

• Update program content
• Change mentors or delivery platforms
• Improve or restructure services

Such changes shall not affect the core guaranteed support obligation, unless required by law or force majeure.
