By using our services, you acknowledge your consent to comply with these terms. These terms govern your relationship with Program Insider and define the rules and guidelines for using our platform. If you don't agree to these terms, we kindly request you not to use our services.

2. Data Collection and Usage

In this section, we clarify our data collection and usage policies. We inform users that Program Insider will collect and store data for various purposes, including quality assurance and training. It's important to understand that the information provided in profiles and other interactions on our platform may be accessed by our administrator team for monitoring and management.

3. Account Elimination

Here, we emphasize the critical issue of user behavior. We state that any unauthorized actions, such as data breaches or inappropriate contact with other members, like sharing email addresses or phone numbers, will result in the immediate termination of the user's account if detected. This underscores our commitment to maintaining a secure and respectful environment.

4. User Responsibilities

This section outlines the responsibilities of our users. Users are expected to use the platform ethically and legally. It covers the prohibition of activities such as spreading harmful content, impersonating others, or violating the rights of other users. 5. Chat and Enquiries

Program Insider takes privacy and safety seriously. We detail the monitoring of all user chats and explicitly state that no personal information should be shared through our chat feature. This regulation is enforced to safeguard the privacy and security of our user

We elaborate on the circumstances that may lead to the termination of a user's account. We emphasize that Program Insider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for various reasons, including breaches of our terms or any action deemed necessary to protect our community.

7. Disclaimer

This section serves as a disclaimer. We clarify that Program Insider provides its services "as is" and does not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or suitability of the services. Users are encouraged to use our services at their own risk.

8. Definition of "Guaranteed" Support

The term "Guaranteed" means continued assistance and guidance until the student successfully achieves a match.

"Guaranteed" does not mean:

• A guaranteed timeline
• A guaranteed employer, institution, or residency/fellowship position
• Guaranteed success without student effort

The guarantee applies regardless of the time taken, provided the student:

• Remains eligible
• Actively participates
• Meets all program obligations

9. Duration of Guarantee - in Guaranteed MATCH PLAN

The "guarantee" remains valid for an indefinite period until a match is achieved, subject to ongoing compliance with the Terms & Conditions.

10. Definition of "Unlimited" Services

The term "Unlimited" refers to continued access to training, guidance, and support services provided by the program.

"Unlimited" does not mean unrestricted, on-demand, or 24/7 access, nor does it imply infinite resources or immediate availability.

All services are subject to:

• Program schedules
• Trainer/mentor availability
• Reasonable usage limits
• Academic calendars and operational capacity

Services may be delivered through:

• Live sessions
• Recorded materials
• One-to-one or group interactions

Continued access is conditional upon the student's active participation, responsiveness, and compliance with program requirements.

The company reserves the right to:

• Modify formats, delivery methods, or schedules
• Limit excessive, abusive, or non-productive usage

11. Availability & Acceptability Clause

Services are provided subject to availability and acceptability, which includes:

• Reasonable trainer capacity
• Academic or professional eligibility standards
• Behavioral and ethical compliance

The company reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of:

• Misconduct
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Abuse of services

12. No Misrepresentation or False Promise

Nothing in the program shall be construed as:

• A promise of immediate success
• An assurance of income, salary, or specific outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors, including:

• Market conditions
• Student performance
• Employer or institution criteria

13. Modification & Continuity of Services

The company reserves the right to:

• Update program content
• Change mentors or delivery platforms
• Improve or restructure services

Such changes shall not affect the core guaranteed support obligation, unless required by law or force majeure.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on Program Insider — including our residency program database, compiled program data, match-estimation logic, rankings, text, graphics, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of that content — is owned by Program Insider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view this content for your own personal, non-commercial use in researching residency programs. No other rights are granted.

15. Prohibited Use, Scraping, and Automated Access

You may not, and may not permit any third party or automated system to:

• Access, copy, extract, scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or otherwise collect data from the Services by any automated means, including bots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, headless browsers, or data-mining tools, except for search engine crawlers acting in compliance with our robots.txt;
• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, licence, sublicence, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of our program data or content, whether or not for profit;
• Extract or re-utilise a substantial part of our database, or repeatedly extract insubstantial parts in a way that conflicts with our normal exploitation of it;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, bot-detection, verification, access-control, or usage-limit measure we employ — including attempting to defeat, bypass, or reverse-engineer any encryption, verification challenge, or per-device usage limit;
• Use proxies, VPN rotation, multiple devices, spoofed device characteristics, or multiple accounts for the purpose of evading usage limits or access restrictions;
• Access the Services through any interface other than the one we provide, or use any undocumented or private API;
• Use our content or data to build, train, or improve any competing product, dataset, database, index, machine-learning model, or AI system;
• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

We apply technical measures to detect and prevent automated access, including rate limiting, bot verification, and per-device usage limits, as described in our Privacy Policy. Usage limits are a condition of access, not a technical suggestion.

Breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access without notice, block offending addresses or devices, and pursue all remedies available in law and equity — including injunctive relief and damages — for breach of contract, copyright infringement, database infringement, and unauthorised access to a computer system under applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Continued access after a block, or any circumvention of a block, constitutes knowingly unauthorised access.

Nothing in this section restricts rights you have that cannot be lawfully excluded by agreement.

16. Changes to Terms

In this section, we discuss the possibility of changes to the terms. We emphasize that Program Insider may modify the terms at any time, with notice provided on our website. Users are advised that continued use of our services after modifications is considered acceptance of the new terms.
