Program Insider – Student Consent & Data Usage

1. Use of Program Insider Services

Program Insider provides educational information, tools, resources, mentorship and services designed to support students and applicants during their USMLE and U.S. residency application journey.

Your use of any Program Insider service, including free services, may establish a service relationship between you and Program Insider.

2. Personal Information & Service Data

To provide and improve our services, Program Insider may collect and process information that you voluntarily provide or generate while using the platform, including, where applicable:

• Name and contact information
• Medical school and graduation information
• USMLE examination information provided by you
• Residency application information provided by you
• Specialty preferences
• Visa requirements or preferences
• Program preferences and application information
• Course, video and platform usage/activity
• Communication and interaction history with Program Insider
• Information submitted while using PI LIST, MedSchool Connect or other Program Insider services

Such information may be used for legitimate and disclosed purposes connected with providing, operating, securing, personalising and improving Program Insider's services.

3. Marketing & Communication Consent

Where you provide marketing consent, Program Insider may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding:

• Educational content and updates
• Webinars and workshops
• Residency Match resources
• Program Insider products and services
• New features and platform updates
• Promotional campaigns and relevant offers

Marketing consent may be withdrawn through the withdrawal or unsubscribe mechanism provided by Program Insider below. In such cases, you are not allowed to use any services of programinsider till the conclusion.

4. Success Stories & Promotional Content

Where you separately provide permission for publicity or promotional use, Program Insider may feature your success or experience with Program Insider.

This may include information specifically authorised by you, such as your:

• Name
• Photograph or submitted image
• Medical school
• Residency Match outcome
• Matched specialty/program
• Testimonial or feedback
• Experience with Program Insider services

The authorised material may be used on Program Insider's website, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, advertisements, presentations, promotional creatives and other official marketing channels.

Program Insider will use such material for educational, informational, branding and promotional purposes in accordance with the permission provided by you.

5. Accuracy of Success Stories

Program Insider may contact students to verify their Match outcome, testimonial or other information before publishing a success story. Program Insider should not materially alter a student's testimonial in a manner that changes its intended meaning.

6. Data Protection

Program Insider will take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.

Access to personal information will be limited to authorised personnel and service providers where reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.

7. Consent & Withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent By Clicking ‘I Accept’, you may also withdraw that consent through the written communication on official Email ID – Support@programinsider.in with a minimum notice of 30 days.

Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not affect processing or use that was lawful before the withdrawal request.

Certain information may still need to be retained or processed where necessary to provide an ongoing service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or comply with applicable law.

8. Acknowledgement

By using Program Insider, you acknowledge that you have read the applicable Privacy Notice and understand how information necessary for providing Program Insider services may be processed.

Any optional consent for marketing communications, testimonials, photographs, Match results or success-story promotion should be collected separately through an affirmative consent option.
